CORE – Centre for Research on Gender Equality conducts research on gender equality, with particular emphasis on gender equality challenges in working life. As part of the Institute for Social Research, the centre draws on the institute's long experience in research on gender equality and working life.
The Centre for Research on Civil Society and Voluntary Sector
Since its establishment in 2008, the objective of the Centre for Research on Civil Society and Voluntary Sector has been to conduct independent and socially relevant research on voluntary engagement and voluntary organisations in Norway. The centre is a collaboration between the Institute for Social Research and NORCE Norwegian Research Centre.
