CORE conducts the CORE Gender Balance Scorecard every second year. We survey the gender distribution in top management in the 200 largest companies in Norway. CORE Gender Balance Scorecard was established in 2016, and has been repeated in 2018, 2020 and 2022.
In 2022, we have carried out a survey of the extent of people with an immigration background in the top management of the 50 largest companies, as well as in three of the largest municipalities in Norway.
